Every Wednesday, the Seaside community gets together to put on the Seaside Farmers Market.
At the market, customers can find a wide variety of fresh produce, pasture-raised meat, organic cheeses, hand-crafted artisan food products, and arts and crafts.
Bring home some of T Bee S Honey and Ziggy’s Popcorn. Or buy some Italian-style gelato from another North Coast Food Trail partner Sea Star Gelato.
“It’s very relaxed. It’s a very nice place to wander around,” Seaside Farmers Market Manager Angi Wildt said. “You get a chance to talk to the people who grow and make the product. Our vendors have time to share some of their story.”
Live music adds to the ambiance. The food court is also a highlight with ready-to-eat food from local restaurants and vendors.
Dogs are welcome, and sometimes, even get a sample or two.
The Seaside Farmers Market participates in the SNAP program; matching up to $10.
The Seaside Farmers Market is open Wednesdays, 2-6 pm June through September at the corner of Broadway and Hwy 101, all just minutes away from the busy Seaside Promenade.
Established by Sunset Empire Park & Recreation District.
