Crab Rock Pizza
Crab Rock Pizza, located at the Port of Garibaldi, offers Napoletana style pizza, a favorite style from Naples. Our oven, made from the ashes of Mt. Vesuvius, is fired up to over 800 degrees to bake the best pizza in under 3 minutes. Freshly made dough is crafted in-house and requires a 3-day ferment. This develops the flavor and structure of our crust, the foundation of our delicious pizza. All of our ingredients are the highest quality and locally sourced (when able). We let the ingredients speak for themselves in the taste of our pizzas.
Our gelato is made from scratch in small batches. Our seasonal offerings share the best flavors of Oregon’s bounty. Of course, we have our traditional flavors that are available year-round, including fior de latte, chocolate, hazelnut, and coffee. For folks needing a dairy free option, we serve sorbetto. All of our gelato and sorbettos are free of artificial colors or flavors.
