Tillamook County’s newest farmstead cheesemaker, Amy Seymour of Nestucca Bay Creamery, makes cheese so fresh, you can still taste the milk! Many different varieties, including cheddar, brie, Havarti, dill Havarti, aged feta, quark, camembert and paneer. The cows are at the farm and in the fields.
