Pacific Roots Coffee and Mini Donuts

Tasty treats make an everyday moment feel like a little celebration. We are a small food truck specializing in made-to-order mini donuts with some handmade and local toppings. Tapping into the abundance that is the Coast, we are passionate about incorporating local ingredients into our menu – from sea salt to honey to our prolific blackberries. Also serving delicious coffee and local tea. Born out of 2020, this donut cart is our all-in move towards the entrepreneurial life we’ve been working towards as a husband & wife team since 2016 – combining our love of coffee and sweet treats to bring something new and fun to the Oregon Coast.
